This project comes as a solution to the traveler, who are unhappy with the food, and unnecessary stops when traveling from Guayaquil-Quito and back, also provides passenger security for your trip, with a nutritious diet for people who use this medium transport, such as the Transportation Cooperative Ecuador, to which we are leading this project. With this project, we meet the needs of travelers. All the above took place prior to a market study. With this study we found that interprovincial transport users need a nutritious and healthy food of good quality. The cost will be included in each passenger ticket that is we provide to the cooperative already mentioned, different types of menus: breakfast, lunch, which will be adequate our products according to hygiene standards in the course of trip emits odors.
