The purpose of this article is to show the distribution of the dwelling incentives that were given by the National Government of Ecuador, through bonds, in the rural area of the province of Tungurahua in order that people can access to a worthy dwelling that improves their quality of life, taking as reference the period 2010- 2016. This study shows the number of dwelling bonds given to people, the number of benefited people and the investment according to the rural dwelling projects. El propósito de este trabajo es dar a conocer la distribución de incentivos de vivienda por parte del Gobierno Nacional del Ecuador, a través de bonos, en la zona rural de la provincia de Tungurahua con el fin de que personas de escasos recursos económicos puedan acceder a una vivienda digna que mejore su calidad de vida, tomando como referencia el periodo 2010-2016. Se realiza un estudio en el que se indica la cantidad de bonos de vivienda entregados, número de personas beneficiadas e inversión realizada por proyectos de vivienda rural.
