Actualmente, el uso de tecnolog?a en distintos hogares del pa?s, es un privilegio muy limitado para ciertos sectores de la sociedad, puesto a que, ciertas personas no poseen el beneficio del internet desde sus hogares, por diversos factores. Sin embargo, en la presente investigaci?n se dise?? un plan destinado a la alfabetizaci?n digital de las escuelas y colegios fiscales de Guayaquil, puesto a que, su objetivo principal es disminuir el analfabetismo, por ende, se requiere fortalecer a trav?s de fundamentos tecnol?gicos de forma digital para mejorar los procesos de aprendizaje para encaminar a los ni?os y j?venes de manera eficiente por medio de una plataforma que contribuya para transmitir informaci?n consecuente con materiales y recursos did?cticos ?tiles para los estudiantes. La presente investigaci?n se bas? en un tipo de car?cter exploratoria y descriptiva. La investigaci?n descriptiva utiliz? t?cnicas como la encuesta, entrevista, observaci?n y revisi?n documentada para su desarrollo. Su alcance considera al fen?meno estudiado, miden y eval?an los conceptos y se definen variables. Por lo tanto, se concluye, que este proyecto ser?a muy eficiente en cuanto a su aplicabilidad en varios centros educativos para as? mejorar la calidad de educaci?n impartida, a trav?s del uso de nuevas tecnolog?as en la esfera social.
Currently, the use of technology in different homes in the country is a very limited privilege for certain sectors of society, since certain people do not have the benefit of the internet from their homes, due to various factors. However, in this research, a plan was designed for the digital literacy of the schools and public colleges of Guayaquil, since its main objective is to reduce illiteracy, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen through technological foundations in a way digital to improve learning processes to guide children and young people efficiently through a platform that contributes to transmit consistent information with useful teaching materials and resources for students. The present investigation was based on an exploratory and descriptive type. Descriptive research used techniques such as survey, interview, observation and documented review for its development. Its scope considers the phenomenon studied, they measure and evaluate the concepts and define variables. Therefore, it is concluded that this project would be very efficient in terms of its applicability in various educational centers in order to improve the quality of education provided, through the use of new technologies in the social sphere.
