Adaptación marginal de cofias metálicas fabricadas con dos sistemas : CAD CAM y técnica convencional. Revisión sistemática.

La adaptación marginal es importante para asegurar el éxito y longevidad de la restauración; la cofia metálica de aleación Cr- C es la más utilizada en el mundo de la odontología para restauraciones y su ajuste puede verse afectado por el tipo de fabricación de la misma. Objetivo: comparar la adaptación marginal de los dos tipos de fabricación, CAD CAM y técnica convencional. Materiales y Métodos se presentó un estudio de enfoque cualitativo con un tipo de investigación descriptiva y un diseño de investigación no experimental, se realizó una revisión de 30 artículos publicados entre los años 2006 al 2020. La fuente de búsqueda fueron los metabuscadores Pubmed, Cochrane y Elsevier. Resultados Se analizó la adaptación marginal proporcionada por los diferentes sistemas y métodos, obteniendo así valores mayores a 120 m en la técnica convencional y llegando a valores menores de 50 m mediante el uso del sistema CAD CAM. Conclusión se concluyó que la adaptación de las cofias mediante los dos sistemas, proporcionaban valores clínicamente aceptables para la restauración.
Marginal adaptation is important to ensure the success and longevity of the restoration; The metallic Cr-C alloy coping is the most used in the world of dentistry for restorations and its fit can be affected by the type of manufacture of the same. Objective: to compare the marginal adaptation of the two types of manufacturing, CAD CAM and conventional technique. Materials and Methods qualitative approach study with a descriptive type of research and a non-experimental research design; reviewing 30 articles between 2006 and 2020. The search source was the Meta search engines Pubmed, Cochrane and Elsevier. Results The marginal adaptation provided by the different systems and methods was analyzed, thus obtaining values greater than 120 μm in the conventional technique and reaching values less than 50 μm through the use of the CAD CAM system. Conclusion it was concluded that the adaptation of the copings using the two systems provided clinically acceptable values for restoration.
