In our country has also been seen that the rate has been increasing. The present study aims to use a new technique called Focusing on symptoms of anxiety, depression and nightmares to a moderate degree presenting suicidal behavior. The intervention with Focusing technique is to listen to what our body tells us, feel the emotions dealing with the person in a more intimate way and thus modify all aspects which are still noticeable discomfort. Similarly, the research will address with a different approach to what suicide is apprehensive, there is no talk of a pathology, rather are processes that the person is performing and often need guidance, and so the participants are given a positive approach. The results obtained by a t test of a sample of 8 participants, exhibiting a significant change in the contestants. Concluding that the technique of Focusing has had a significant change in the participants and it could be used as a support in the intervention of ideation and suicidal behavior in adolescents.
