This project began as an entrepreneurship idea after watching the rise in popularity of the car wash business and the rising demand for it. This paper will detail the research process that took place in order to understand the consumers and which are their basic needs in order to create a strategic communication campaign that is unique for the brand. It will also contain the creative process that was followed to create advertisement that lures in consumers to the Splash Car Wash brand.
