In any company, inventory control is important, which is why this research has the purpose of providing tools that facilitate the work of people working in the area. For this we allow ourselves to carry out several methodologies and thus achieve the expected results. Conducting surveys to the customers of the premises to measure their level of satisfaction thus achieving to improve the service even more. An interview or focus group was carried out for the employees of this area in order to understand and solve future problems that could damage the business, obtaining new ideas that increase the productivity of the employees. It can be pointed out that the inventory is capital in the form of merchandise, that is why the company must have a continuous and updated control of the inventory of orders and sales. |

Si la parte de venta no tiene el insumo suficiente para satisfacer las necesidades del consumidor obtendríamos un cliente insatisfecho, pocas ventas que llevaron a la baja obtención de utilidades. En cualquier empresa el control de inventario es importante, por lo que está la investigación tiene el propósito de proporcionar herramientas que faciliten el trabajo de las personas que trabajan en el área. Para esto nos permitimos realizar varias metodologías y así alcanzar los resultados esperados. Realización de encuestas a los clientes de las instalaciones para medir su nivel satisfacción, logrando así mejorar aún más el servicio. Se realizaron entrevista o grupo focal para los empleados de esta área con el fin de comprender y resolver problemas futuros que podrían dañar el negocio, obteniendo nuevas ideas que aumenten la productividad de los empleados.
