Тойм:The main objective of this research was to determine the incidence of job performance evaluation on the performance of public servants of the Decentralized Autonomous Government in Sucre canton. The work development gave way to the scientific and methodological foundation of the exposed panorama. It began with the analysis of the established results to understand the shortcomings of the current model, in order to correct the critical and most relevant points. Then all the indicators were analyzed to discuss the viability of the EVAL - 01 model. An interview was applied to the management of the Department of Human Talent, to gather information and opinions regarding this evaluation mechanism, and the background was also investigated Referential cause - effect of possible unknowns. Through a survey of 111 public servants of the institution, it was possible to establish their position regarding the generated performance. The applied methods determined that in the 2019 work performance evaluation approximately 90% of the collaborators comply with the assigned activities and 72% indicated that the work performance is low. Finally, the proposal of the new functional model was elaborated with the intention of benefiting the work performance of the workers and of the entity as such.
