For the risk weighting, a description of the work areas, the activities carried out, the identification of the hazards and the assessment of the existing risks were carried out. The company has 9 work zones: 1: Heavy, 2: Product review, 3 and 4: Warehouse, 5: Dryer, 6: Peeler / Cleaner, 7: Silo warehouse, 8: (19 risks) Frequent is the one of attack or the hit with vehicles by the amount of automotive that mobilize daily. Weighted physical risks were 5, three of them high risk, and of the 18 hazards identified mechanically, and 10 were rated as high hazard. For weighted risks, a series of measures are presented, presented and approved by the company representative. Safety and occupational health is affected by the risks found in the company, becoming visible in diseases such as headaches, irritability in the senses of sight or hearing, minor injuries in extremities and muscular fatigue. |

Para la ponderación de los riesgos se realizó la descripción de las zonas de trabajo, las actividades realizadas, la identificación de los peligros y la valoración de los riesgos existentes. La empresa posee 9 zonas de trabajo: 1: Pesado, 2: Revisión del producto, 3 y 4: Bodega, 5: Secadora, 6: Descascaradora / Limpiadora, 7: Bodega tipo silo, 8: Secado al Sol y 9: Molienda, de las cuales la que presenta mayores riesgos es la 5 (19 riesgos) y el riesgo más frecuente es el de atropello o golpe con vehículos debido a la cantidad de automotores que se movilizan diariamente. Los riesgos físicos ponderados fueron 5, tres de ellos considerados como peligro alto, y de los 18 riesgos mecánicos identificados, 10 fueron valorados como de peligro alto. Para los riesgos ponderados, se formularon una serie de medidas, presentadas y aprobadas por el representante de la empresa.
