Evaluación del plan estratégico de la empresa “COOPROCERMA” mediante la aplicación de indicadores de gestión

The objective of this research was to evaluate the strategic plan of the COOPROCERMA company, through management indicators located in Portoviejo city, using different methods such as descriptive and deductive to obtain the information, which were of great help in obtaining the data indicated on the subject. In the same way, tools such as the interview and the observation sheet were used, which allowed going to the place of study to collect the appropriate data from the company. The interview consisted of questions addressed to Mr. Carlos Andrés García, manager of the COOPROCERMA company. The contributions of this research begin what will contribute to a mechanism for evaluating the company's current strategic plan through the application of management indicators. To fulfill the proposed objectives, 3 phases were applied with their respective activities, resulting in compliance with the elements to be evaluated and which benefited the company. The Ishikawa method or cause-effect diagram was used to graphically show the relationship between failures and the causes that originate it, applying improvement actions through the 5W + 1H matrix, for which it was necessary to define an action plan, both of corrective and preventive actions, carrying out their respective control through the application of the Deming circle, highlighting the strengths that must be maintained and the areas for improvement in which action must be taken.
