總結:A limiting factor of plantain production is the infestation with black weevil; therefore, this research proposed to determine the pathogenicity of three native isolates of Beauveria sp in different concentrations (104, 106 and 108 conidia mL-1), applied under controlled conditions on Cosmopolites sordidus. The research was carried out in Calceta city in Bolívar canton, between June 2021 and February 2022. The experiment was carried out with 10 treatments and three repetitions in two environments, field and laboratory; the variables were evaluated: mobility, insects with mycelium and mortality; in addition, the LD50 was determined. The isolates were applied with atomizers in the experimental units containing 10 live insects, spraying 1 mL of the solution on the treatments (except the control). The results indicated that statistically the doses differ and the isolates were the same; highlighting the highest percentages obtained in the field and laboratory respectively according to the variable: insect mobility, the D3 dose (44,35 and 50,56%), the A3 isolate (40,93 and 49,26%); in insects with mycelium, the D3 dose (19,92 and 33,06%), the A3 and A2 isolates (17,34 and 30,10%) and in mortality, the D3 dose (38,33 and 45,44 %), isolates A2 and A1 (30,52 and 41,60%); additionally, the efficacy was determined, standing out the D3 dose (28 and 36%). It is concluded that the isolates do not differ statistically, however, the A3 percentage stood out in the appearance of the mycelium (17,34 and 27,80%) and in the LD50 obtained, which was 2,49×108 conidia mL-1.
