Tóm tắt:The purpose of the research was to propose a strategic plan for the AMUCOMT association of the Tosagua Canton, aimed at the continuous improvement of the administrative processes and the competitiveness of the organization; methods, techniques, tools were implemented that allowed analyzing the factors that influence inside and outside the association, determining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In stage I. the current state of the company was diagnosed, the interview and survey confirmed the weaknesses that the company faces; The SWOT Matrix was carried out as a support tool in phase II, the macro and micro analysis were determined using the EFI and EFE matrices where political, social, economic, customers, suppliers, competition, etc. were evaluated. In stage III, strategies were established through the combined matrix that helped positively in the positioning and growth of the company. In this, a proposal was formulated with the purpose of perfecting the operational and administrative objectives, applying strategies that contribute to the service. In stage IV, a detailed action plan was established for the tasks to be executed within a specific period, using the budget allocated to achieve activities where it was determined what, how, when, where, why and who will carry out the tasks. And finally he focused on strategic control using the Deming circle, by executing the tasks that were not fulfilled in the action plan, the purpose of this tool is to keep it in the market, protect the investment and improve the quality of service.
