Procedimientos para la sincronización de la producción de camarón (litopenaeus vannamei), en la camaronera Carabay-San Vicente

This document describes the entire process of research aimed to determine a synchronization procedure to reach a production scale in Carabay Shrimp Farm, for which we investigated in several literature sources and fields. In the field of information there were used two methods, the analytical method enabled the analysis of the interviews important factors that contributed to this research, and the method of observation done by monitoring of the production schemes and visits too there shrimp farm where it was found the source of the problem and determine a plan of synchronization. During the process there were identified several important factors such as salinity, oxygen, pH, feed, fertilizer, among others, to be considered for proper synchronization plan. The results indicate that synchronization has a great influence on production, as this allows coordination, monitoring and tracking of the production activities in the shrimp farm, it will improve its production plan and hence contribute to reduce in a significant percentage the costs of the company.
