Propuesta de mejora al proceso de capacitación: actualización docente de la ESPAM MFL.

The investigation was carried out with the aim of proposing improvements to the Training process: Educational Update of the ESPAM MFL through the application of value added analysis. In order to carry out this research, the deductive method was used, which made it possible to make a diagnosis that served to make decisions and involved identifying the causes for which the process management of ESPAM MFL does not cover the quality demand of the same. Also, the inductive method was used, this allowed to discover those shortcomings starting from the particular to the general. The analytical method helped to perform an analysis of each of the activities that are carried out in the aforementioned process. Techniques used in this research: the interview was applied to each of the members of the ESPAM MFL Continuous Training Directorate, allowing to know how the procedures are executed, and to have a clear perspective of the improvements that would have to be applied to them. In the same way the observation was made, which allowed to generate a productive expectation of the subject of study. Once the research methods and techniques were applied, the analysis of the value added to the process under study was performed, resulting in an effective process, however, certain activities were optimized that in one way or another added value for the client or the management. The Value Added Analysis made it possible to identify some activities that add value to the organization.
