| description | The objective of this study was to develop software for measurement and foraging control in the career of animal science in the ESPAM - MFL to record management and process control. The realization of this software started with filing a diagnosis of the problems in the Production Unit of Pastures and Forages (UPPF), then keeping track of forage in pastures, then proceeded to search and implement possible solutions for the creation of a system to ease the controls and meet the educational qualifications required. It was necessary the application of another method like the inductive-deductive allowing observation of the manual system, method for preparing the system, in this case consisted of the application of the rapid development (DRA, Rapid Development Model), thereby providing a system that meets the needs identified, allowing a technical and dynamic way to have control of the information. Interviews were conducted with managers of Pastures and Forages Unit, which allowed us to know in detail the system used before, obtaining information for effective data processing software. The developed system ease the UPPF process entering few data in reliable records obtained for the general management of the forages and field pasture. |

The developed system ease the UPPF process entering few data in reliable records obtained for the general management of the forages and field pasture.El objetivo del trabajo consistió en desarrollar un software de control de aforos y forrajes en la carrera de Pecuaria de la ESPAM MFL para agilizar el manejo de registros y control de los procesos. La realización de este software radicó inicialmente en establecer un diagnóstico sobre los problemas que tenían los encargados de la Unidad de Producción de Pastos y Forrajes (UPPF), al momento de llevar un control diario adecuado del forraje en los potreros, posteriormente se procedió a buscar y aplicar las posibles soluciones la cual fue la creación de un sistema que permita agilizar dichos controles y así corroborar que cumpla con los niveles de instrucción necesarios. Fue preciso la aplicación de otro método a más del Inductivo-Deductivo que permitió la observación del sistema manual empleado, el método para la elaboración del sistema, en este caso consistió en la aplicación del modelo rápido de desarrollo (DRA, Rapid Model Development), y así ofrecer un sistema que cumpla con las necesidades establecidas, que permitan de una manera técnica y dinámica tener el control de la información. Se realizaron entrevistas con los encargados de la Unidad de Pastos y Forrajes, que permitieron conocer en detalle el sistema antes empleado, obteniendo información efectiva de los datos para la elaboración del software.
