Итог:The main objective of this research was to identify the relationship between job performance and job satisfaction in public servants of the National Electricity Corporation CNEL de Calceta during 2019. An analytical-deductive methodology is used, supported by the documentary review. For this, through the interview, observation and survey, the factors that affect job satisfaction and performance were determined and selected. Once the information is collected, the most relevant results show disorganization in the administrative areas, deficient technological tools, lack of motivation and work stress. It concludes on the need for an action plan focused on administrative management tools, professional updating, customer service channels, motivational talks and updating of the technological system.
