Özet:The objective of the study was to establish a procedure for the evaluation of job satisfaction and its impact on the business performance of the Cleymer Commissariat, for its development three phases were contemplated, in phase one, the procedure will last, much in ISO standards, PASS 99, and in the PHVA continuous improvement system, in phase two it was applied considering at this point the determination of the context of the organization, the investigative requirements were defined, the team of experts was selected, the variables, sub-variables were identified. and indicators, then the evaluation tools were developed and applied considering among these the survey and interview guide, to consequently make a diagnosis of the results, through which a moderate level of satisfaction and job performance was found, which at establishing the coincidence between the variables studied by calculating Pearson's r value shows a strong positive relationship; while in phase three, the critical levels associated with the sub-variables are referenced, through the causes that cause loss of performance quality, to subsequently, based on the determination, establish improvement actions, through the 5W+1H matrix. Regarding the results of the study, the 14 subvariables established and measured in the Cleymer Commissariat to a total of 20 employees, it was found that the levels of satisfaction and work performance increased in qualitative terms are at an acceptable level, also concluding the functionality of the procedure to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and business performance.
