Descripción
Summary:The objective of this degree work was to develop a prototype of an automation system based on microcontrollers to manage access and control of lights in the classrooms and laboratories of the Computer Science Major at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López. To comply with the development, the EDER methodology (Study, Design, Execution and Review) was used. The compilation of information from the organization was carried out in the study phase, as well as the operating requirements were determined. In the design phase, the architecture of the automation system prototype was elaborated based on a systematic review, later the electronic design projected in the Fritzing tool was developed based on the requirements. In the execution phase, the construction was carried out based on the reflected design, integrating the hardware modules with their respective connections and programming the automation system prototype according to the requirements. Finally, in the review stage, several unit tests were carried out to verify the integration of the different electronic modules, after this integration tests were carried out with the different modules where their correct operation was evaluated through interaction with a multiplatform system. Finally, in the implementation, the prototype of the system allowed the readings of the identifications (tags), as well as to check the correct functioning of the sensors and with it contribute in an automated way in the control of access in the Computing Major.
