| Özet: | The main purpose of this project was to develop a mobile application that allows users to view and track the routes of the URBANBASS SERVICE S.A. urban bus company in Bolívar Canton. To achieve this objective, a thorough data collection process was initially carried out through interviews with key personnel of the URBANBASS SERVICE S.A. urban bus company to ensure the proper functioning of the application. This included information about routes, schedules, stops, and any other relevant details for both users and the company. The agile SCRUM methodology was used, consisting of five phases: initiation, planning and estimation, implementation, review and retrospective, and launch. A technological architecture was designed to ensure scalability and optimal performance of the application. This involved selecting the appropriate technologies for both the backend and frontend, as well as using suitable tools and programming languages to implement the application's functionalities. Once developed, the mobile application was deployed in a production environment, which involved configuring servers, databases, and security systems to ensure its availability and smooth operation. Based on the results obtained, the application successfully provided users with updated information on routes and schedules. Additionally, it offered real-time tracking of buses on a map and personalized notifications about route changes. |
