Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | Within the administration, the administrative management allows to define and evaluate the proposed objectives with the adequate use of the resources that are available, in this way the present investigation was made to the Parroquial GAD Ángel Pedro Giler with the objective of evaluating the administrative management to measure the performance during the period 2014-2016; as a first activity, we proceeded to analyze the procedures that have been applied during each year where the public policies that the processes of the Annual Operational Plan were determined. Research techniques were also applied, such as: the observation form in which it was established that there is little organizational communication and minimal participation of citizens in meetings with GAD officials; likewise, an interview was conducted with the servants who stated that they do not have an evaluation and periodic training that allows knowing the development of the personnel. Also, they do not have a functional diagram that specifies the functions performed by each GAD employee. At the time of socializing the results obtained, improvement plans were created to specifically establish the shortcomings found in the shortage that exists within the monitoring carried out when evaluating administrative management, the lack of transparency due to the lack of a web page with the institutional information and the lack of clarity with logical concurrence within the established processes, essential consideration to the application of these plans towards a better performance of the applied procedures on the GAD administrative management. |
