Sammanfattning: | Over the years, public administrations were affected by the relationship that existed within them and the dissatisfaction that this caused to their employees or collaborators. The objective of this research was to establish the incidence of Administrative Management in the job satisfaction of the Public Servants of the Tosagua Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government period 2020, to know the factors that intervened in the performance of their functions; for this reason, studies were carried out within the Institution through the use of different methods, including inductive, deductive and analytical-synthetic, as well as the necessary use of research techniques such as the interview, which was carried out with the director of the Department of the Administrative Directorate and the survey that was applied to public servants to measure the level of job satisfaction. With access to this information, data from the institution related to administrative management, job satisfaction and its functional organic structure were known first-hand, in order to prepare an improvement proposal with alternative solutions to the problem through these sources present in the Institution, determining that there are several aspects that limit the full job satisfaction of the public servants of the Tosagua Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government period 2020. One of the main results obtained in the investigation was that the institution focuses its operation in its institutional development plans, based on administrative management processes. |
