總結:The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the use of different strains of microorganisms in coffee soils to evaluate their effect on carbon sequestration. Then, we proceeded to the selection, reproduction and preparation of fungal strains EM-72 (Trichoderma longibrochiatum) and EM-49 (T. reesei); and bacterial strains EM-54 (Bacillus licheniformis) and EM-44 (B. subtilis); obtained at laboratory level. Subsequently, soil samples were taken randomly from the coffee crops; these were used to establish the respective treatments, where the strains were applied and the physical and chemical parameters were analyzed before and after application. Carbon sequestration was also carried out in the respective treatments, using the titration method, once the dose of microorganisms had been applied to the pots. The results of the analyses showed an increase in soil pH after the application of the microorganisms, which is related to the action of the microbial populations; it was found that the amount of organic matter (OM) in the soil was directly related to carbon sequestration; the application of fungi and bacteria showed variations in OM levels and CO2 emissions. The efficiency of CO2 sequestration varied according to the treatment, being higher in fungal treatments with an efficiency of 55,71% compared to bacterial treatments, however, in general, a decrease in efficiency was observed in subsequent treatments.
