| description | Aiming to improve the control of information in the ESPAM-MFL, it was developed and implemented a web-based system for efficient management of the academic transcript for the university teachers, the model was used for the development of Information Systems Web (MIDAS), which meets each of its stages. First an informal interview to the President of the Institutional Assessment Committee gathering the requirements and the necessary information for the development of the system, then drew up the conceptual design analysis and static model of the application using a diagram flow startup, then created the static Web content applying DreamWeaver Creative Suite 5, making interfaces, which produced the database with the help of Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) 5.2.5, Wampserver3.3.9 and phpmyadmin 2.1., which resulted in 11 boards. This process included dynamic functionality to the web application, and the last step was verified the correct operation of the application performing the respective code validation, cross-browser compatibility and security. Regarding the Implementation of the system has improved by 80% the control of information being handled. |

Regarding the Implementation of the system has improved by 80% the control of information being handled.Con el objetivo de mejorar el control de la información en la ESPAM-MFL, se desarrolló e implementó un sistema web para la gestión eficiente del expediente académico de los docentes de dicha Universidad; al efecto se utilizó el modelo para el desarrollo de Sistemas de Información Web (MIDAS), cumpliendo con cada una de sus etapas. En primer lugar gracias a una entrevista informal realizada al Presidente de la Comisión Institucional de Evaluación se lograron recopilar los requisitos y la información necesaria para la elaboración del sistema, luego se elaboró el análisis del diseño conceptual y modelo estático de la aplicación mediante un diagrama de flujo que determinó la fase de inicio de desarrollo del sistema, seguidamente se creó el contenido web estático de la aplicación mediante la ayuda de la herramienta Dream Weaver Creative Suite 5, aquí se realizaron las interfaces, donde se elaboró la base de datos web con la ayuda de las herramientas de trabajo Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) 5.2.5, phpmyadmin 3.3.9 y Wampserver 2.1., lo que dio como resultado 11 tablas. En este proceso se incluyó funcionalidad dinámica a la aplicación web, y como última etapa se verificó el correcto funcionamiento de la aplicación realizando las respectivas pruebas de validación del código, de compatibilidad en múltiples navegadores y de seguridad.
