Achoimre: | The Tourism Management Plan was held in the parish belonging to the canton Membrillo Bolivar province of Manabí. The parish has a great tourism potential, the problem is that at present, the lack of awareness and poor management occurs misuse and degradation of tourism resources. The design process was based on five key phases that served as a guide for the preparation. It started from a situation assessment, consisting of defining the study area, the map material was prepared and studied the different public and private institutions that are working on quince, the second phase was physical inventory and diagnostics, ecological, cultural and socioeconomic parish, phase three involved the SWOT matrix and CPES, first served to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the parish and the CPES analyzed the causes, issues, impact and solutions for different areas as were the social, tourism, and environmental phase four consisted of zoning was to analyze and define the areas that will make the management intervened and were to define and limit the protected areas, analyze and define buffer zones , determining permissible and impermissible activities and identified permitted uses, and finally made the monitoring and evaluation phase where the identification was made impacts indicators, measuring impact indicators, evaluation of current situation. |
