總結: | The objective of the research was to determine the organizational competencies of the Avícola "FÉNIX" for the contribution of competitive advantage, therefore, three phases are proposed that guide the procedure: the first is the characterization of the Avícola "FENIX", where it was manifested conducting the interview to obtain relevant data and proceed to the corresponding record, in this way, knowing and interpreting the general aspects of the organization, the second phase consisted of defining the competences, which was directed in the application of the method same expert who considered the criteria of a group of people based on knowledge about management systems, in order to know the organizational competencies and evaluate them through the Kendall technique and statistical analysis regarding their application within the company, the The third phase focused on an action plan for the contribution of competitive advantage, that is, identifying caring the causes and effects in relation to the competencies to improve the management system stipulated by the quality orientation, reduction of the bio-safety level of the poultry farm and the minimum level of preservation of the environment according to the action plan through 5W + 2H technique, thus strengthening and stipulating corrective measures for deficiencies in organizational skills. Therefore, the action plan proposal is based on the reality of the company in order to generate competitive advantages that allow productive and operational development based on biosafety, customer orientation, teamwork, communication, innovation and Preservation of the environment, in this way, generate a competitive advantage in the poultry sector. |
