Summary:This research is based on the evaluation of the performance of the variables of Organizational Behavior at the organizational level in Lacycom marketing company of dairy products in Portoviejo,where the variables were identified in the posed level for their respective study, expert method was used in order to elaborate the appropriate techniques of competition, Kendall and weighting of factors in order to discern the variables they worked within the organization with, such as motivation, leadership and teamwork; also a questionnaire was structured for the implementation of the survey based on indicators related to the variables analyzed in the research, the same that was applied to workers in the company in order to detect the insufficiencies, showing results that verify indicators that have drawbacks are personal aspirations with a percentage of 72.8% in motivation, interaction with 69.9% on leadership and success criteria with 79.1% in teamwork; with data obtained an improvement plan was proposed to provide possible solutions to the weaknesses identified during the performance of the variables, the same that containing the objectives to accomplish, goals, activities, the responsible and the time it takes to execute each of the actions of improvements, strengthening employee performance and productivity of the marketing of dairy products "Lacycom".
