总结:The research aimed to design a product for agritourism exploiting the tourism potential of the Hacienda Posada, to strengthen the development of productive capacities that contribute to the profitability and sustainability support to agricultural production and environmentally friendly , the site tick canton Chone , Manabi province . Different literature sources were consulted from various authors to complete the theoretical basis of the framework. A methodological procedure in which the phases and stages of the research process according to agritourism product design , starting with a situational analysis of the area for which the information gathering was conducted from primary and secondary sources were structured interviews was developed aimed at people of the study area sectors second phase a market study which was characterized supply and existing demand and the market segment to whom it may concern , by applying surveys in cities with large tourist was performed the design of an agriturismo product was obtained by the projection technique aimed to structure and define the model on which the design of the agritourism product was performed , and as fourth stage feasibility analysis corresponding to the valuation of the project in to feasibility and financing in which we proceed to develop a technical study detailing , processing , wherein the costs through a financial study were determined by checking the viability and profitability of the proposal according to the evaluation of the TIR and van.
