总结: | The objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the performance of the personnel in the savings and credit cooperative Chamber of Commerce in Bolívar Canton Ltda., for the identification of administrative skills according to the work area, before which it became necessary to comply with three methodological phases proposed in the study: in the first instance, the current situation of the cooperative was diagnosed in relation to the performance of the personnel, through the design and application of an interview addressed to the general manager of the cooperative; in addition to the preparation of job description sheets and the performance of a SWOT analysis; subsequently, the level of performance of the cooperative's employees will be extended with the use of an evaluation instrument structured from the results of the bibliographic review and validated by a panel of experts with the Delphi technique; the third phase included the proposal of an improvement plan as a contribution to the identification of the administrative skills of the personnel, for this it was analyzed in the first place, the problem and the causes that originated it with the execution of an Ishikawa Diagram, later it was elaborated a 5W+1H matrix in which each of the actions necessary to achieve the stated objectives is followed. The results determined a range of 3 and 4 (medium and good) in terms of the level of performance of the executive and operational staff.
