Application of stage IV and improvement actions. Monitoring and control. At the end is an example for the implementation of the first stage of the procedure to assess improvement programs, using as a reference the diagnosis of conditions of work in units of teaching, research and linkage of the career. The application of the procedure allowed to know the advantages, disadvantages, cost and effectiveness of the implementation of the program of improvements raised after ergonomic diagnosis, through the application of the formulas for economic measurement and through the survey to assess the social impact, allowing to obtain the benefits of the actions to improve both for the well-being of workers and for the productivity of the company. |
