Diseño de un centro turístico comunitario en el sitio La Azucena – parroquia San Sebastian – cantón Pichincha

This research proposes the design theme of a community tourism center on the site Azucena, San Sebastian parish, county Pichincha, where a diagnosis was made by Maria Antonieta Ganchozo Molina and Macias Pincay Kerly Valeria. Within this overall study aimed to design a community tourism center for rural community development site, the San Sebastian parish Azucena Pichincha Canton. To complete the above object is declared the following specific objectives: To develop the theoretical framework of research on the conceptualization of a community tourism center located in rural areas. Structuring a process for designing a center of community tourism in rural areas. Follow the procedure for the design of a community tourism center on the site Azucena San Sebastian parish Pichincha Canton. Among the relevant results of research should emphasize the value obtained for the indicators identified as net present value and internal rate of return, which demonstrates the feasibility and viability of the project done.
