Among the relevant results of research should emphasize the value obtained for the indicators identified as net present value and internal rate of return, which demonstrates the feasibility and viability of the project done. |

Dentro de este trabajo tuvo como objetivo general Diseñar un centro de turismo comunitario para el desarrollo de la comunidad rural sitio la Azucena parroquia San Sebastián cantón Pichincha. Para cumplimentar el objetivo anterior se declaran los siguientes objetivos específicos: Elaborar el marco teórico de la investigación acerca de la conceptualización de un centro de turismo comunitario localizado en espacios rurales. Estructurar un procedimiento para el diseño de un centro de turismo comunitario en espacios rurales. Aplicar el procedimiento para el diseño de un centro de turismo comunitario en el sitio la Azucena parroquia San Sebastián cantón Pichincha.
