总结:The research had as objective the evaluation of the performance of the variables of organizational behavior through the implementation of management by processes in the Agricultural Production Cooperative Chone Ltda. For this is established 3 methodological phases, during the first phase are chose a group of experts which selected the key processes by means of the array of prioritization. In the second phase developed a list of variables by means of a bibliographic search, in addition were classified in the individual and group levels, the group of experts selected the variables by means of the techniques Kendall and weighting of factors for its subsequent assessment and analysis of the results. Later in the third stage to give solution to the problems encountered in the business object of study was carried out the proposal of a plan of improvements that consisted of corrective and preventive actions with the respective responsible and time of compliance. The results of this work allowed to determine that the variables of Organizational Behavior that greater influence they had in the key processes of the Agricultural Production Cooperative Chone LTDA, were communication, productivity, teamwork reached a high standard with a 89%, 87%, 87%, respectively, while the least scored are working conditions with 70% a medium high score, and regular training with 62 %.
