Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | This research analyzes how the administrative management of the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of Bolívar Canton influences the well-being of its community between 2023 and 2024. It is based on the premise that effective and transparent public administration not only organizes resources but also transforms realities. Using surveys, interviews, and direct observation, key areas such as the General Secretariat, Social Development, Territorial Development, and the Financial Directorate were evaluated. The study highlights a humanistic management approach, led by an administration committed to citizen participation, efficiency, and transparency. Significant progress was identified, including institutional reorganization, the creation of new social and productive support programs, and the strengthening of medical and cultural services. However, several challenges remain, such as technological limitations, lack of resources, and citizen distrust regarding the proper use of taxes. In response, an improvement plan focused on digitalization, staff training, and community inclusion isproposed. This study not only evaluates processes but also seeks to generate a tangible impact on the quality of life of the people of Bolívar. |
