Sumari:This research work aims to determine the economic feasibility of ergonomic intervention programs of psychosocial factors, conditions and Agricultural Organization of the area ESPAM-MFL, research carried out in the different units of teaching, research and social outreach, giving procedure for the implementation of different management tools implemented in the programs of ergonomic intervention, giving improvement to the quality of working life for workers, later proceeded to assess the socio-economic impact on four stages, it will only be applied two of them, the first step was to describe the current status of jobs, where security issues and health of workers in a check list were identified, the first on the status and organization factors and the second psychosocial factors, identifying the causes and consequences of the problems of each U.T.R.S described in a matrix, consecutively Kendall method was applied, and then the application of the Mátrix method contributed to evaluate the risk factors presented in the activities; in the second stage improvement program and investment plan, which took into account risk factors to define corrective and preventive measures to estimate the cost of the actions proposed, then the results of the research are socialized with the authorities of the Agricultural area for action and contribute to the safety and health of workers.
