الملخص:The present research aims to design integrated tourist circuits to contribute to the sustainable development of the district Jama-Pedernales; taking into account a type of qualitative research with exploratory / descriptive approaches, to do so several phases of work were proposed, identifying the problems that impede the tourist development of the district, which is based on poor planning and management of resources, products and services; adding to this problems in infrastructure, insufficient signage and ignorance of the tourist potential of the area. The first phase was based on the determination of objectives for the circuit, in addition, through the tourism characterization of the district, it was possible to identify the limitations and potentialities, applying the SWOT matrix where the external and internal factors were evaluated; in the phase of the market study a statistical formula of unknown population was applied allowing to establish the profile of the visitor, and thus to know their tastes and preferences in the consumption of goods and services linked to integrated tourist circuits; in the phase of determination of the type of circuits, it was possible to determine the model through the application of the criterion of experts, identifying that the tourism of sun and beach, the cultural and of nature are the current trend, allowing to design the route of each circuit and all its basic and complementary components. In conclusion, we identified the main products and potential tourism that will focus on the integrated development of circuits as an economic alternative for socioeconomic growth of local communities within the district.
