Aplicación del estudio de tiempos para la mejora de los procesos en el departamento financiero del Distrito de Educación Bolivar-Junín.

The study of the financial department processes of the Bolivar-Junín education district was to assess the runtimes and embedded response in each of the activities, first the current situation was analyzed and the factors involved were examined, four processes were observed in comparison to the provisions of the Management Manual of the entity, the chief of the area was interviewed which provided relevant information, season with more applications being the first and last quarter, the processes developed more frequently were payment and budgetary certifications; consecutively proceeded timing each process, where it was determined that there are variations in each of the processes, however, these are not greater than the standard time (T.STD); finally the result were socialized to employees and authorities, which concluded that there is a delay in the accounting process, caused by the lack of technological instrument (computer based); this emphasizes the implementation of an improvement plan that will optimize time in activities that cause extensions.
