Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this research was to design strategic actions to improve the recovery of past due portfolio in the Carrizal Chone Irrigation System of the Bolivar Canton by a socio-economic study, this institution has a 63% of past due portafolio averaging 680 people and whom do not have an appropriate plan of revenue, for the analysis of the current situation of the institution was realized field visits, interviews with officials, plus SWOT matrix analysis to determine the internal and external situation of the problem of study, then a socioeconomic study on users who have payments delays, for which a survey detected the main reasons for the problem, then a chart of cause and effect, the results of the socioeconomic study for the strategic proposal was made to improve the recovery process consisting of necessary tools for the recovery of the portfolio, to strengthen the institution a socialization of the proposal was done. |
