| Shrnutí: | The present research was developed in the Decentralized Autonomous Government in Canton Bolívar, whose objective focused on the analysis of the intercultural education of public servants who work in the institution. To fulfill this purpose, several methods were implemented, such as inductive, analytical-synthetic and qualitative, distributed in three phases: in the first, the legal constructs that support the variables under study were reviewed. In the second, research techniques were applied (167 public servants surveyed and 1 interview with the director of the Human Talent Department). The third phase focused on the proposal of a guiding document for an inclusive public administration. The results reveal ignorance of the term "interculturality" among servers. Therefore, it is concluded that the proposal will contribute not only to the individual training of public servants, but also to the strengthening of social cohesion and the progress of Bolívar canton. |
