Centro recreacional ecológico en el desarrollo del ecoturismo y manejo sostenible de la finca “Abdón Bermúdez”, cantón Tosagua, Manabí.

Previous research for the realization of the proposed ecotourism recreational center Abdón Bermúdez was held within the premises of the object of study, where they lay hundreds of green hectares by the vast forest that produced nature and that despite attempts to regain forest lost, currently works as purely agricultural farm. The methodology of the research is comprised of different phases and stages were chosen, based on five methodologies of similar projects to the respective research starts from the respective analysis of the current situation of the property, followed by a market study and finally the proposal that helped create some strategies so that this projection is carried out with the smallest possible problems. Having captured the methodology to be used in the course of the investigation procedures of the first two phases helped translate neatly latest proposal were conducted. First, a site characterization aided by direct observation and field record later to perform the analysis of the various matrices used in order to generate strategies in what would be the proposal was made. Then it switched to market research whose purpose was to determine if the desired market for ecotourism recreational center was interested in the type of product being offered inside, to carry out this phase a survey of overseas market in general that arrived was used Manabi beaches of the coast in the months of whale sightings. Finally, the data acquired by respective research proposal which consisted in defining the strategic framework of the company I was shaped more tourism zoning and projected expenditures.
