Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | The research was aimed at evaluating the performance of the variables of organizational behavior at the individual level in the marketing company of dairy products Antarctica, Chone Canton. a group of experts who selected the right to evaluate research through Kendall variables were chosen method. the assessment tool identifying key indicators as bibliographic consultations that enable measuring compliance with the variables under study is then designed. Following this, the analysis and statistical processing of information obtained with the implementation of the instrument was performed. Then to solve the problems encountered in the company under study the proposal of an improvement plan which consisted corrective and preventive with the respective responsible and time compliance actions performed. The results of this work allowed to determine the problems with the trading company of dairy products Antarctica as are not favorable conditions for development and participation in cultural, recreational and social workers activities, and does not provide many opportunities for economic and professional growth while meeting the variables motivation and job satisfaction is good with 88% for both. |
