Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | In this research a model of ergonomic diagnosis was design for any public or private institution that wants to know their weaknesses in the management related to health and safety. This model was designed with the approach of three fundamental objectives: to make a critical analysis of the models, techniques and existing tools, develop the general procedure for the deployment of an Ergonomic Model of Diagnosis and validate assumptions of Units Teaching, Research and Social Outreach (UTRSO) of ESPAM MFL. To fulfill these objectives a search of different models were designed achieving an interpretation of the variables under study, which served as support for the research turning the general procedure and allowing the deployment of variables affecting the safety and health of workers, which was developed in a model of three stages. Finally the valuation of the premises for which a checklist aimed at managers and workers of the UTRSU collaborated to fulfill this objective as performed. |
