Shrnutí: | The purpose of this research was to determine the marketing, technical, economical and financial feasibility after implementing a coffee processing plant for the Association 24 de Agosto coffee farmers' dedicated to the purchase and marketing this product as a raw material. The market was studied using a survey as primary technique, applied to the economically active population (EAP) of the cantons Portoviejo, Manta, Chone and 24 de Mayo, belonging to the province of Manabí, it also used the scientific observation to identify the current competence of processed coffee, and the availability of raw material, these techniques are complemented with their respective tools (questionnaire and observation forms). The methodologies handled within the process were: the descriptive method, with the goal of describing the current status of the demand and supply of coffee, detailing the process and the technology needed for the preparation of the soluble coffee; it also appealed to the qualitative method for learning about people opinions, behaviors and expectations of the consumer, and through the quantitative valuation was assigned to the results obtained from the survey being employed, the resulting data were tabulated and plotted in statistical graphics, it also highlights the investments to be made in the technical study, establishing costs, production volumes, prices and profit margins. The final procedure within the research was to determine the financial viability based on five keys of management indicators. |
