| Riassunto: | The present work aimed to design an environmental management plan for tourism enterprises in Calceta. The descriptive analytical method was used, structuring it in three phases: first a situational diagnosis by means of a characterization matrix where it was identified that Calceta is an urban parish whose economy focuses on agriculture, livestock and commerce. Also, through an interview with Ms. Marta Chávez, it was determined that tourism ventures do not have the only annual operating license. The next phase corresponded to the identification of the environmental management of tourism ventures through a data sheet of the entrepreneurship where it was equipped with the basic information of each additional one, a matrix of environmental indicators was developed allowing to know the use of resources for the development of the services and then through a Leopold matrix it was determined that the establishments are in a medium and low activity of negative impacts. In the third phase, it involved developing a comprehensive environmental management plan establishing the Mission, Vision, values and objectives based on the results, prevention and mitigation strategies were determined, as well as the implementation of solid waste management through periodic reports, program of training in environmental issues, protection and welfare of the population through communication and finally the evaluation and monitoring of the comprehensive environmental management plan, all embodied in a matrix of corrective and preventive measures of impacts. |
