Zusammenfassung: | The present research work was carried out at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí "Manuel Félix López", located at El Limon, of Bolívar Canton, aiming to analyze the time for the improvement of the processes of the Academic Coordination area (academic coordination of the different majors) and General Academic Coordination of the MFL ESPAM. In order to comply with the issues raised, we applied analytical, inductive, deductive, descriptive, methods which allowed to obtain effective and real data for the development of this work, complying with each of the planned objectives the which were the following: diagnose runtime processes of Academic Coordination of Majors and General Academic Coordination from the application of the technique of analysis of time, compare graphically the execution times of the Academic Majors Coordination processes, propose improvement activities that allow to optimize the time of execution of the academic coordination processes. It was also obtained through the technique of field (interview) that was applied to each of the academic coordinators of the major and the academic coordinator, which was obtained the list of processes that are carried out. These results are permanently imprinted in the diagram AS IS and the timing diagram. It then proceeded to carry out the proposal of the improvement activities in each of the processes identified in the academic coordination of majors and General Academic Coordination. |
