Cuadro de mando integral para el control de gestión en la cooperativa de taxis “ATAHUALPA” del cantón Chone

The main objective of the research was to propose the balanced scorecard for management control in the Taxi Cooperative "Atahualpa" in Chone canton, as a contribution to decision making. For this purpose, a bibliographic review of articles and reliable sources was adapted, which helped to support the research. Once the methodology was applied, the use of collection tools was used, allowing an interview with the manager in order to characterize the cooperative, the organizational situation and establish the operation. A survey was also used to obtain qualitative data on management control, which instrument had 12 items. With the application of the techniques and tools, it was possible to determine the situation of the cooperative and thus be able to implement the balanced scorecard methodology for management control, using the traffic light technique to measure compliance with the strategic objectives in each of its perspectives. As a result, it was obtained that with the application of the survey most of the members have a commitment directed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, however, it also reflects deficits in the area of internal communication and training, so an action plan is proposed in order to solve these challenges that affect the cooperative under study.
