| סיכום: | The objective of this research was to design a community tourism center that promotes sustainable development in the community of Coaque, Pedernales canton. The investigation addressed three phases. The first, through situational diagnosis was obtained information on the characteristics and potentialities of the area, two surveys were applied, one aimed at the villagers to know the level of acceptance of the same, who showed interest in the subject of study and the second determined the profile of the tourist evidencing that national tourists arrive who like to visit community tourist centers. Likewise, through the results of the Leopold matrix, preventive measures for the mitigation of impacts were established. The external and internal factors of the locality were analized, which allowed to establish the reorientation strategies. In addition, a summary of the hierarchy of tourist resources was drawn up, which indicated that Coaque Beach and the Coaque River are the highest resources with 49 and 48 points respectively. In the second phase, the technical study is proposed through the design of each of the areas that the CTC will have, as well as the mission, vision, values and policies that should be taken into account once the proposal has been executed. And finally, the financial viability is determined, which determined that the initial investment amount is $87.149,18 to recover in four years, one NPV ($1.774,36) and TIR (11%), concluding that the project is financially viable. |
