Evaluación del incremento en formulación de alimento balanceado en pollos cobb-500 por sexo y su efecto en parámetros zootécnicos

The objective of this investigation was to evaluate the increase to six formulas of balanced feed in the breeding of cobb-500 chickens, compared to the four traditionally used, by sex and its effect on zootechnical parameters. A Completely Random Design (DCA) with a 2x2 factorial arrangement was used, which included the effect of the supply of six feed rations plus a control treatment (4 feed rations). For the study of data, the analysis of variance was used through the statistical package InfoStat (2019) and an alpha value of 5%. Significant differences were observed for feed conversion in week 3 (P <0.05) and week 4 (P = 0.01), where the traditional system was the most efficient for males with (1.25) and (1 , 35) although for females the non-traditional system was the one with the highest efficiency with (1.16) (1.27). In addition, there was a significant difference in systems for the productive variables: weekly weight, feed consumption and feed conversion for the sixth week of treatment (P <0.04), the system with the highest profitability was the non-traditional one, as well as for the cost variable. benefit the non-traditional system was more profitable for males and females with 1.26 and 1.30 respectively. The results allow to conclude that the supply of six feed rations increases the zootechnical parameters and constitutes an alternative in the breeding of Coob 500 chickens.
