Izvleček:The global work environment is known as a phenomenon associated with the perception of officials, when it is developed properly, it influences performance levels. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the relationship between the work environment and the performance of the public servants of the District Directorate 13D06 Junín-Bolívar-Pichincha-Salud for the increase of their productivity. To carry out the control of the variables, the analytical method was used, which allowed contrasting the questions raised about the object of study. The technique used was the survey, taking care of reliability and validity through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. For the analysis of the data, the SPSS statistical software was applied, starting from the description to arrive at the verification and statistical decisions. The results obtained are that there is a significant relationship between the work environment variable and performance, according to the statistical analysis R Pearson = 1 with a high effect, that is, when the work environment is improved, the performance levels of public servants increase. In conclusion, the work performance of public servants is affected by weaknesses in the dimensions of the work environment such as the delegation of functions, institutional objectives, communication, interpersonal relationships, recognition, and physical environment.
