| Sumari: | This research work focused on determining the tasks of the processes carried out by the marketing department of the Municipal Public Company for Potable Water (EMMAP-EP). To achieve the planned objectives, various methods were employed within the methodological framework, including inductive, deductive, and analytical-synthetic methods. Techniques such as interviews, observation, and document review were prominently used. The research was conducted in three stages: in the first phase, the various commercial processes of EMMAP-EP were identified. In the second stage, a function map was created for the company's marketing area. In the third phase, a mechanism for controlling and monitoring administrative and operational processes was developed. The results revealed that the administrative processes in EMMAP-EP's commercial area require improvements to meet user needs. Therefore, improvements to these processes were proposed, adapting to current regulations, and mechanisms for monitoring and control were established to ensure their relevance. It is concluded that, although EMMAP-EP's commercial area fulfills its administrative functions, it is pertinent to implement corrective actions and improvements to ensure optimal performance and effectively and efficiently meet users' needs. |
