Propuesta de mejora a la gestión de prácticas preprofesionales en la carrera Administración Pública de la ESPAM MFL

The main objective of this research was to design a proposal to improve the management of pre-professional practices in the Public Administration career at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, for the academic strengthening of students. The following methods were applied: inductive, deductive and analytical through the execution of three stages in this research process: In the first, the management was diagnosed through interviews with the current person in charge of this process and those responsible for previous periods to obtain relevant information and contrast them. In the second, evaluation instruments were applied that identified the interrelation with the philosophy of the public administration career, so a virtual survey was carried out due to the COVID-19 pandemic, through Google Forms, to 62 students who had completed their internships. In the third stage, an improvement plan was proposed in their management since there isn’t an improvement plan in the area, so one was created, where strategies are proposed will contribute to optimizing the management of pre-professional practices within the career and therefore throughout the institution.
